I had a great dream last night, probably because i've spent a cool week-end with friends including a b-day party on saturday and a dinner in the garden yesterday with Margaux clamoring for Tata Chouchou ;-)
In my dream, Tibi and I were going to a flea market and she'd found a rare Japanese doll with perfect hair and wanted to give her to me. Then she found the big headed paperdolls I loved as a kid and we also bought a vintage Licca dollhouse in a case... We were totally excited and couldn't wait to go home and play with our new treasures...
It's strange because I haven't been able to muster such excitment for dolls for ages, yet this morning, I woke up and felt like hugging my plastic girls.
So Tibi, if you read this, you'll have to take me to a flea market soon so my dream can come true. BTW, your dolly find was amazing !

Hi, my name is Isabelle and I'm addicted to Littlest Pets.
My collection is getting out of hand. I also have a case filled with 15-20 critters in my dolly closet, along with a set I haven't opened yet... And this morning, I bought six more.
On the other hand, I've lost *almost* all interest in my dolls. The poor things stay in their cabinet all the time. I no longer feel anything for them. But these days, I rarely feel anything anyway.

I might get a Last Kiss in a dolly swap. I wasn't convinced at first when she was released, I didn't like her outfit (wedding dresses bore me to death) but after seeing Cornelia (she's @lollipop@'s girl) yesterday evening, she's growing on me.
Of course, she won't replace Sushi Warhol, my dead GR (I want to kill postal workers. I really do).
It's strange, I wanted her so much, then, when I saw she was limited I gave up on her and eventually was able to get one only to have her stolen/lost... I wasn't meant to have her, it's dolly karma.
I'm sad, not because I don't have her, but because I worry about her fate. I'm afraid she might be dead, i.e., trapped and lost somewhere, open by a postal worker who thought the package contained something more valuable and discarded... Poor Sushi Warhol, I hope you've finally been e-bayed and adopted by someone who loves you.

We attended a ceremony to our friend's memory this morning. I'm not afraid of death, but I thought it was creepy to see his body lying on a bed in a small chamber. It didn't look like him.
We said our good byes, but to me, this isn't final. People are *never* dead and gone for me unless I've decided to cut them off my life. My father's alive and well, yet, he's dead to me. My grand-parents are both dead according to the official records, yet they're still a big part of my life. So James has left the building, that's all.
My GR has left Finland on the 7/11 and she hasn't arrived yet. So yes, even though it's silly, I worry a little.
I received a wonderful package from Miss Gretchen yesterday. Including the Haute Doll with the Squeaky spread special... The photos are amazing !
I have to work, somehow, the motivation's not there... I should switch to self butt-kicking mode.

Our new Stitch, an Albino guy, has arrived all the way from California. He's the result of a swap with spazzygirl19, arranged by Pam/Tikistitch (a great biiig thanks to them both !).
My mother was there and immediately took to the fluffy guy. When I came back in the living-room, she had installed him on a make-shift cushion throne and explained that he was exhausted after his long trip.
Oh, and she helped me pack my blythes to shield them from our home sale guests. In fact, she did it herself and I swear I heard her explain the girls they'd be safer in boxes...
